    Latest Android and unable to time lapse sending messages.
    After the latest Android update ( version 9) Samsung Galaxy 9 pressing the plus signs at the left of the message does not produce the bar at the bottom of the phone that offered me option to time delay sending messages and other categories. If I reboot the phone it appears again, but dissapears soon.
    Any ideas, this function is very usefull.

    I have the latest version, but can't activate by long pressing the copy and paste feature.
    Strange that I could do it before.
    Please advise
