    Many have asked for this in different ways and if they were put under the same subject Textra would see that over a 100 have asked for this. If my stock messenger on HTC m9 can reply to sender only then Textra should be able to add this feature.

    I agree. I have HTC one m9 and stock messaging has ability to "respond to sender only" after receiving group message.
