In 2026, I had to export some large PST archives and used WholeClear PST to PDF Converter to convert PST to PDF files. The tool could convert many PST files in a batch to PDFs including attachments and it saved me a lot of time. I first tried the manual method, exporting emails from Outlook and printing to PDF, but that quickly got tedious and didn’t handle attachments well. I could select the whole folder and it would process everything at once with WholeClear. The biggest downside I saw was that some of the message formatting didn’t seem to look quite like it does in Outlook, especially with emails with lots of embedded images. You can do a few messages manually, but for larger mailboxes, I found that an automated tool saves time and reduces errors. I always recommend trying this on a small PST file first to ensure that the output is what you need.
