I recently had to import a large PST file into Gmail and found that using a dedicated PST migration tool was much easier than trying manual methods. Most of these tools let you load the PST file, preview the mailbox data, and connect directly to your Gmail account using secure authentication. After that, you can choose the folders you want to import and start the migration.

The good thing is that the process usually preserves email formatting, attachments, folder structure, and other mailbox details. If you have a large PST file or multiple folders, using Advik PST Converter can save a lot of time compared to configuring Outlook and syncing through IMAP manually.
