From my point of view, accuracy is more important than speed since lots of problems during the conversions are related to attachments being skipped or incorrect folder names being exported.

It loaded the TGZ files directly, let me preview the mailbox before exporting and the PST opened in Outlook with the original folders and email formatting intact.
