I’ve used the SysTools mMigrator for SharePoint Migration for cross-tenant SharePoint migrations, and it makes the process much easier by transferring site content while preserving the required structure and data.
For a safe migration, I’d recommend first creating the required sites and user accounts in the destination tenant, then connecting both tenants, mapping the source and destination sites, applying any necessary filters, and starting the migration. It’s also important to verify permissions and the migrated content after completion to ensure everything transferred correctly.

I’d recommend the SysTools mMigrator for SharePoint Migration for enterprise migrations because it is built to handle large SharePoint transfers while keeping the migration process simple. It can migrate SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, metadata, and other data while preserving the folder structure. Features like bulk site mapping, selective migration, incremental migration, and detailed migration reports can also make large migrations easier to manage.
