An error occurred while saving the comment OLM files from Outlook for Mac cannot be imported directly into Office 365. Microsoft does not offer a built-in method for this conversion, so a third-party utility is needed to move emails, contacts, calendars, and other items while keeping the original folder hierarchy. One common method uses the Kernel OLM to PST Converter:
1) Install and open the software on a Windows computer.
2) Add the OLM file or files through the Browse or Search function.
3) Review the loaded mailbox contents.
4) Select the Office 365 destination option.
5) Provide the Microsoft 365 account credentials.
6) Apply filters for date range or item type if only selected data is required.
7) Choose the target folder location if desired and begin the transfer.
Once finished, sign in to Outlook on the web or the desktop client to confirm that the folders and items appear as expected. Keep a copy of the original OLM file before starting the process.
