I have a Xiaomi MI 8. Something like 1 or 2 years ago, Textra stopped showing push SMS messages at all! Notification sound is played (the phone probably receives the push notification), but it's not shown anywhere - not in Textra, not on the home screen, nor in the default Xiaomi messaging app. When I set the default messaging app to Xiaomi Messaging, it receives and shows the push message without problems.
Please fix it as I am now using stock Xiaomi Messaging app, but it's not as good as Textra.
Note: my bank uses push notification messages as a 2-factor authentication mechanism
