    It's been almost two years, I've seen hundreds of posts about the interval between notifications being stuck at two minutes, and users asking that be changed. Despite the time, and the requests, it's never been modified, and no word that it will be. Can anyone explain to me why this is such a universal problem with software? If users had some visual representation of where their concerns were on a roadmap of development, it would make such a huge difference. I'm not a software developer, and yet I know this. Where are the folks that do this for a living?
