   The reason this is a big issue is my phone is constantly dying so I need to know when the messages are sent to me when my phone finally gets back on this is extremely crucial for me

   Ive never had a texting app without it and also i don't see any of my texts as new messages. I don't have hang out and I don't have any of the things that were mentioned to turn off so I don't know why I don't see any of my messages as new

   This is a mess for me I use it every single day for years I'm lost without it please let me know if you're going to have it or I will have to switch
