  2. website preview

    love the app. a website preview would make this app flawless. Instead of getting a url in the text we could get a preview of the site. there are other messaging apps which provide this but that's the only positive thing they have going on.

  3. Bring back group contact photos

    i hate how it just shows the number of people in the group chat. make it like it was before and show the contact photos not the theme color

  4. bring back group contact picture

    before the last update the group texts contact was a collage of contact picture. now it is jus the number of people in the group text. bring back the collage picture or have it be an option to choose which one.

  5. Scheduled messages

    I wish that Textra should have an option for scheduled messages by date, time etc... So messages should be written and scheduled when to be sent.

    This is a good thing to do when you might forget to text someone in a particular time. Hope it's a good idea. Thanks

  6. where did it go?

    on a group text you used to have split icons for who was in the text...now it's just a color and a number. boo.....boring! bring back the icons with the picture of the contact......

  7. support for gboard gifs

    I'm not sure if this is possible, but support for being able to use gifs from Google's updated gboard app (formerly Google keyboard) would be great.

  8. gif support with GBoard

    Google keyboard was just updated to GBoard and now has gif in it, however your app is not supported. But you have the best texting app around if you could support that it would be amazing

  10. Group Themes/Numbers

    I don't like the new group themes, where it shows the bubble color with the number of people in the group. Could it be an option in the settings to use that way or to take it back to how it was, where it would show multiple contact photos in the group bubble?

  16. Embed Web Links to Pictures and Videos Automatically

    When I share a link in textra I would like to see an image preview for the page, and if the link is directly to media like a video or music clip, then it would be great to see it embedded in the app. Verizon messages and a few other texting services do this and it is really convenient to not have to leave the app to view media.

  18. duplication of old text messages problem

    Since the last updates, old text messages and MMS have duplicated or more in all conversations ! Can you solve this problem please or do i have to delete each doubled message one by one ?? Thanks

  19. WHITE THEME!!!!!

    This app offers alot of customization but how come it doesn't have a white theme? Like how can it be missing that? The grey theme is cool but I don't enjoy it, I would prefer it to be a white theme.

  20. blacklist

    In my country there are lots of advertising numbers who send you annoying messages multiple times during a day and bother you. If we could import blacklisted numbers from a text file (backup and restore), we would get rid of these messages.
