Facebook like Chat Head Bubble Idea

Simular to how Facebook has their chat heads that can open over top any app, Textra should have this idea as well. Should be dragable to any side of the screen.

Users would have the option to use the current notification system or this. Or maybe have the current notification system and have a option button to select which conversations to pin into a chat head.

    I know this is old, but it would be awesome to have this option! It would make the app more popular and you would have more downloads. It's a genius idea.

    Actually you can. Look for something about floating in the settings. Not sure of the actual name because I personally didn't like it so I changed it.

    I think u should add SMS chat heat in it just like Facebook chat messenger (a bubble pop out comes on screen) so it would be more easy to chat continually and fastly and then it would be perfect app for all chat lovers

    It would also be a good idea to be able to customize the bubble shape (ios style, etc.)

    This is a good idea if its optional and would be cool if you could select certain "frequent contacts " to use the chat head style if you want. So that your boyfriends texts pop uo/stay on screen but the pizza coupon texts dont lol

    I would love to see this implemented, I as well use a third party app in addition to Textra for this feature. I would like to be able to chose status bar notifications or chathead notifications or both.

    I agree! I've always wanted this so currently I use a third party app for this. Would be nice if Textra implemented it. When a text comes in the Bible with the image of the user would pop up with the notification count of the text. If multiple from fifty users come in it would stack.
