  2. Change Advertisement Location

    I completely understand the need for ads in the free version, but is there any way to change the location of where they appear?

    Currently, advertisements display up at the very top of the conversations list. Because they need to load and, therefore, don't appear instantly, I find myself accidentally clicking on them FAR too often.

    The delay in the ad loading and displaying is perfectly timed for it to appear under my thumb during my motion to press the top conversation.

    I truly do it time and time again despite knowing the cause, so I figure that's reason enough…

  3. Quick text replies. An available list of canned replies would be a help.

  4. Date options

    Show some love for your international users and implement a date option feature. MMDDYYYY is really strange. You need DDMMYYYY and YYYYMMDD as an option

  5. MMS Auto Send

    Have the option to manually turn on/off mobile data to send/receive MMS messages as well as automatically. It's rather tedious to go through the process of typing the ideal message to caption the attached video or message and then have to manually turn on/off mobile data just to send it. This gives us users of both sides (manual and automatic) to have the perfect compromise. Please make this happen before another message app figures it out. Thank you

  6. Increase Font Padding

    I know this sounds like a minor complaint, but visually it could go a long way. I loved the Google Messenger app and comparatively one of my biggest takeaways was the padding of the chat bubbles. It's nearly twice as much as Textra and makes me feel like I can breathe, whereas Texra's makes me feel claustrophobic.

  8. To support the always on display on the S7

    Currently, only the stock messaging app on the S7 supports this feature, but I imagine other apps can add support. Considering I use Textra as my main messenger app, support for this future would be amazing.

  9. I want my mobile data to automatically turn on and off when sending pictures

    On my old phone I could send any picture or video without having to turn on and off my data. Now I have to, and I would like for the old feature to be put back. It makes things a lot easier.

  12. Prefer nicknames for conversation labels

    I have all my contacts' full names listed in the contacts app, but for many I also have a nickname listed. It would be great if there was an option to show the nickname, or first name only, instead of the full name on conversations.

  15. Dual SIM phones should have individual signature setting for each SIM

    I use SIM 1 for work and SIM 2 for personal messages. I should be able to sign my work signature for SIM 1 messages and personal signature while sending messages from SIM 2

  16. INLINE chat/bulk group messaging toggle

    Recently, you added this toggle to the "customize this conversation" menu, as per community request. However, that request specifically asked for this toggle to be somewhere more easily accessible like in the text box next to the + icon. I'm opening a new idea in hopes that you properly fulfill the original request.

  19. Make it available for Desktop.

    I am mostly on my laptop and using it. I don't want to pickup my phone for every text message and I want to see my all messages on desktop app so i can read them, and reply them from my desktop.

  20. Arrange ideas by votes order

    it is interesting to see ideas by the most voted first. it will help people to search for ideas they agree as well.
    in that way you have ordered the ideas section, it is feature agnostic; each person contributes only for his own idea.
