option for double tap to start messages?
On my LG V30, I have to swipe up to pull up the home keys which makes it press the space bar on the keyboard, so every time I hit back I always get a draft icon next to the persons name. doesn't have to be double tap but just some way to avoid that.

Popup quick reply on sms receive
Instead of clicking notification for quick reply there should also be a pop up quick reply option when new sms received. User should be able to activate or deactivate this feature from settings.

mobile number under name of sms sender
it will be good to show sms sender's mobile number under his name on top of screen. This is particularly important for dual SIM users that are subscribed to different mobile networks, and when subscriber would be charged an extra cost for texting another network. In the Philippines, one will know which network a mobile number belongs to. Thus, if a mobile number can be seen under the sender's name, the texter can choose the SIM (same network) from which to send a reply to avoid extra cost. This feature is available in other SMS apps.

unlikely times for scheduling messaged
Please provide an optional configurable 'time window' (for me, probably gonna be 11pm-7am) of unlikely schedule times, and if I schedule a message for a time of day that falls into that range, pop a three-way prompt, Yes(send the message at 230am!), Switch(um,oops,Right, I meant to say PM), Cancel.

pop up message while driving
when driving a pop up message to indicate to sender that i am drving or busy when turned off i would get the message.

delete text mesgs
need easier faster way besides scrolling. sometimes its same person but different date . They may be not grouped in the same text. Time consuming. Trying to scroll threw a lot if mesgs not deleted.

There should be a full color chooser for anywhere you choose a color, like the ones used in selecting bubble color, as well as the ability to set a photo/picture as the background.

send delay
maybe it would possible to increase the space/gap between the 'X' and the 'send immediately' arrowhead of the send delay feature?
and maybe make the 'X' icon color red?

Global Mute
In addition to muting conversation by conversation, There should be an option to mute all conversations.

Picture selecting
There is a very nice feature in Gmail Android app and it'll be great when you implement it in Textra. When you tap the picture or initials of the contact, it turns around and shows a thick, and the thread is selected, so one may delete it and so on.
