I vote to move ads back to the top. I realize the non pro version of add supported but I'm feeling as though ads we move to the bottom cuz they are more in your face there than at the top. not cuz used wanted them there. Just sayin'....

text to email contact
my current text message app allows me to send out a group message as individual messages and lets me click on contacts who only have email information no phone numbers. It sends it out using my phone number xx123xx@vtext.com (which is the Verizon format for that) other carriers have their own.

Camera preview
After taking a picture in the app from the text screen, it would be nice to have the option to preview the picture before importing into the messege. After the picture is taken, the picture enters the message without being able to preview before sending.
I feel that an improvement would be to keep the photo up, and allow us to choose to send or delete the photo(try again), and upon deleteing, the camera will remain open and allow for another picture to be taken.1 vote -

Send Delay Time Tuning
Can you please allow a time length tunability for send delay rather than one second increments. For instsnce 1.25 seconds or 1.5. I would like longer than 1 second but not 2, there is no in between. Maybe a slider to elect time and tune to the time you desire.

group chat, bookmarked
when I reenter a group chat text and have 34 unread messages, open that thread at the last message I read. instead of the last message received. have a setting that would allow either. 1 pickup from where YOU left off. 2 show bottom of thread.

Option for square contact icon
Material Design circular icons make the contact picture in the messages list too small. Would like to have the option to choose between circular pictures/initials and square ones

Removing EXIF
I never receive images through Textra that have the EXIF data intact. I don't know if it is removed by the sender or by Textra when it is received. If Textra is removing it I wish it wouldn't.
Also I wish there was a global option for removing EXIF from images that I send.1 vote -
Location Sharing
This app would be very helpful if there was a location sharing option when you press the plus when about to type.. like the same location option as the iphone imessages.

tappable new message count while scrolling
allow the user to tap the new number circle to jump back to bottom of conversation while scrolling. I keep trying to tap the bubble and it doesn't work.

problème
bonjour j'utilise la fonction qui découpe les SMS mais souvent textra envoie 4,5 ou 6 parties alors qu'il pourrait envoyer 2 ou 3 parties de SMS seulement. il faudrait calibrer la découpe des longs messages. merci

Privacy
There is an option to hide contact name which does happen on the original message, however when an additional message comes in it says "reply to (contact name). what's the point in hiding names if they still show up?

color change for sms timer. am pm hard to identify
the contrast when choosing the time on when to send the text message is not very good. Time set is fine, but the ampm is hard to discern. not to mention the small text

Ad Position
I like ads pinned on top because my phone is bigger and it's easier to reach conversations. I don't have to reach up as far on my phone when using with one hand.

Big emojis alongside text too!
when you send just an emoji, it shows up bigger in size. when you send an emojI + text in the same message, the emoji is smaller. Give us an option to increase emoji size when included with text in the message

Problem needing a solution
Text messages sent to me do not show up in the MightText software on my desktop computer or in the SimplyText app on my smartphone. I am using Samsung Note 3 smartphone. I have tried to find the remedy for this with the automated scheme on your website but it is too frustrating. (1) If I subscribe to the Pro version, will that take care of my problem? (2) So I need to install Textra SMS to solve my problem?

delete with enter/delete key. blackberry keyone user
would be nice if physical keyboard users like myself could delete texts with the delete key. I love textra but I hate the multiple steps required to delete a text. I would love to be able to delete with one button like I did on my BlackBerry classic.
