  1. Contact Customization in the message List

    I tried out Messenger just now, and it's getting better, but it's still a far cry from Textra. However, I noticed that it has different colors for each contact icon (their initials) in the message list. It would be great if Textra would propagate the color I've selected for a contact's text bubbles up to the initials in the message list.

    At the same time, it would be great to see either a global or per-contact setting whether to show the contact's picture. To be honest, there are just some people whose face I don't want to see all the…

  2. an option to hide a message or make it invisible like a private folder

  3. Add a date stamp to the message. Presently, sliding the messages to the left reveal just the time. Seeing the date would be very helpful.

  4. When taking a photo, allow the picture to be expanded to fill the screen after it is taken.

    When taking a photo, you can expand the image to fill the screen before the photo is taken. But once taken, it displays it as a thumbnail size. It would be helpful to be able to expand this to full screen size to see what it looks like prior to sending.

  5. Send All size pica

    It wont send any pics that are taken in Landscape mode. Even when I went to settings and changed it to send ALL messages regardless of how large they are.

  6. When message is short, it is not sent

    It is notorious problem with Textra! It is a serious issue, I do not understand why you still haven't solved it..

    2-4 word sms stays unsent until next sms to the same person is being sent! Shame!

  11. Less gimmicks, I don't need photos, or backgrounds.

    I want a Help document, or a FAQ explaining how to achieve typical actions, such as group delete.

    I see the trash can, I can remove the lid off the trashcan. NOW, how do I get all the checked messages deleted????

  18. Make pasting a set of numbers easier for Mass/Group SMS

    Make a easy way to paste a group of numbers. In other apps and the default sms app, I can paste xxxxxx,xxxxxx,xxxxxx,xxxxxx,xxxxxxx to send to these few numbers. For textra, you have to add them 1 by 1 which is a big big hassle.

  19. separate folder for delayed SMS

    I send plenty of SMS with different timeshift. I need a tool/folder where I can check them all, delete if needed, change timeshift and in general easily control them. Thanks.
