    Is there a place to set how many messages are kept? Mine seem to fall off after a couple days and I want to save our keep some of them

    Please place a red circle on the app icon with a number inside to show the number of new texts. This would be cleared once the app is opened.

  6. Is there anyway to block messages from unknown senders?

    Would be perfect if I could block messages from numbers I don't have saved in my phone, I'm constantly getting messages from loan companies everyday and blocking numbers isn't doing the job as they keep coming from different numbers! Even if they went to another folder other than my inbox?

  12. Text bubbles location

    Can Textra create a setting that allows users to move the text bubbles to the oposite sides? I am right handed and would prefer my text bubble to be on the left screen side and the incoming bubble be on the right screen side. Thank you.

  15. Create a quick reminder from a text.

    When someone texts "Pick up some milk on your way home", have the ability to be "reminded" about it at a set time. Textra could do it itself by "receiving" it again, or use a reminder subsystem on the phone.

  17. Suggested improvements to Textra

    I just tried Textra for the first time. Overall I like it, but there are a few simple things that would make the experience much better for me. Please consider these items. Thanks.

    • When scrolling the message list, the floating "+" FAB disappears. It is only present when viewing the top of the list. I don't understand why you did that. I want a compose button to remain on the screen at all times. My preference would be for the compose button to be on the top toolbar, but the FAB would be acceptable if it would remain on screen.

  20. In the list of messages, let us change the color of the circle with the contact's initials

    It would be easier finding the conversation we want to open if we could change the colors of the circles rather than just looking at initials
