  3. Enhanced Customization

    I'm coming to Textra as a longtime user of GoSMS. A major update to Go (version 6 I believe) removed most of the features that made me choose it in the first place. Luckily, my apps don't auto-update, and I've lived with an old build of the app for quite some time.

    I love that Textra has many of the customization options I like while also being fresh and fast. However, I think it would be incredible to see the following functionality included:

  10. Automatic keyboard pop-up

    Option to have keyboard pop-up automatically when selecting a conversation. While they keyboard removal after sending a message is present, the appearance of one automatically would be helpful as well. This feature is in Chomp SMS, but switched to textra and miss this feature.

  11. Support for dual Sim would be a great option

  12. Gallery button for thread

    Like iPhone so there's a button to press and a gallery comes up with all the photos from that thread so I don't have to click on a picture in the thread and keep scrolling to find what I'm looking for.

  13. A "Select All" option is needed when deleting threads.

    A "Select All" option is needed when deleting threads. At present, each item in the conversation thread must be selected one at a time. This is a major inconvenience when deleting long threads, as I often must. This is a basic and common feature in other messaging apps.

    Be able to theme the messaging app to look like Android N or L or K all of the androids and iOS versions then more stuff like Microsoft messaging.

  17. Delivery and read receipts for Android devices. Similar to imessage

    Similar to Imessage I think it'd be nice to see read, delivered, and typing receipts. This can already be seen on some versions of Android now I believe those running marshmallow and possibly those with the most recent lollipop update? We need this! I message for Android!

    Hi Textra Team, I was wondering if you could add a feature of scheduled text messages. Ex. Scheduling the app to send an important specific text message to a friend in the morning. it's something I really miss from my stock messaging app. Thanks!
