  2. Ability To Block Numbers Only And Not Entire Messages

    Could you please add a way to block phone numbers without having to save the suspect text or MMS message and any suspect links in those messages inside a block list

  3. Unlink site links

    I hope you unlink link-based texts so that they're not clickable. In our country, we receive 10-20 spam/scam texts with attempts to hack our phone using links.

  4. Ability to see links as part of shared media

    I think it would be great to see the links sent as part of shared media, just like the photos. That way a user does not have to scroll back through their messages to find the link.

  5. Notification

    After opening notification and looking without scrolling I close it and the notification number is still there. It would be nice to have number gone after opening text.

  8. International breaks conversations (+1 prefix)

    It looks like your app splits conversations with phone numbers that come with a +1 prefix, which means that if I'm traveling internationally, things get goofy. You should detect this and find those contacts correctly.

  9. here is an idea...fix search glitch!

    when searching a contact, the behavior of searching on top of texts differs from using the search icon on the bottom.

    if you have a text history with someone, you must search on the top. if you don't, you must search using the bottom icon. this is rediculous, and I always have to double search. I assume this is NOT by design and a glitch, but one I've waited to be fixed for almost a year. 1 global search is enough. however, if you want the top search to scope only to existing text threads fine, but then at least…

  15. Bitmoji & Music

    Add the App Bitmoji to Textra. Also be cool to send a song and it plays to whomever it is sent to. I remember back in the day when you were in a chatroom you would send a music wav file to get the other person's attention or to shutoff the other person's wav file lol. Anyways there must be a way to send a music file and it plays instantly. Of course there would be implantation added in for people who don't want music files to play automatically when sent.   18. Prevent links from untrusted senders/non-contacts being opened on tapping

    Links from unknown senders/spammers/etc. could potentially be dangerous. Being able to disable suspicious links from unknown senders would help users to stay safe.

  19. Edit a message sent to correct an error then resend

    Some times even after proofing, you see an errorafter sending. That can be because parts of long texts get hidden in the small space of the screen. It would help us not appear as idiots if we could edit the text then resend, as we can on Facebook.
