Disable keyboard tap sounds
I have disabled keyboard sounds in my phone settings. But still get them in Textra on my new phone. Don't know if it is Textra issue or something to do with Google's settings. I would like to turn the sounds off. They drive me nuts. Can you help?

Automatically retry a failed send
If a text message fails to be sent successfully, you get a notification right away. You can tap the notification and have it retry. Often, it will succeed on the second or third try. Is there a way to get it to automatically retry a few times, maybe once a second for 5 seconds, before alerting us to the failure?

Recipient count on message thread badge
Looking at message list, it would help to quickly distinguish among multiple chats/threads if there were a small number added to the thread's badge/photo/icon which would indicate the number of (other) participants on that thread. Same idea as other badge count implementations.

Filter Certain Words/Phrases
I get at least 10 spam emails daily, from organizations looking for donations. If we could create filters that would automatically block certain words or phrases (such as "stop=end") then we could get rid of these once and for all.

Filter for urgent info/urgent notification
Would love to be able to set up a filter for a specific word, number, phrase, etc that triggers a different notification profile. Best with an option to further filter to specific contacts, times of day, etc. Example would be family member with an emergency able to sent a word that would give a different alert/bypass DND. Or business-related message that needs priority.

Chat Names
Be able to update individual message names the same way you can in group chats instead of seeing numbers in the main chat list.

Row height/size setting
There is a font size setting but it would be nice to also have a row height/size setting so you can see more conversations on the main screen before needing to scroll.

Mute Timeframe
Would be nice if you could set a time frame for a chat to be muted. so instead of manually muting and having to remember to unmute you can just set it so between certain hours the chat would mute itself

Colour Wheel Customization
I think it would be absolutely amazing if you could allow users to use a colour wheel to help them find that perfect colour for them inside the app. it would make it easier to choose what colours we may desire but can't find, and I think it would attract more people who would be interested in downloading this amazing app! I hope maybe someday we can see this, I'd use it a lot, and my family and friends would, too!

Yahoo Mail vs. Gmail: Which Email Service is Best for You?
When deciding between Yahoo Mail and Gmail, the best choice depends on your specific needs and preferences.
Yahoo Mail has been around for decades and is known for its generous storage space, with 1TB of storage, which is more than enough for personal users. It also offers a simple interface and features like disposable email addresses and a built-in calendar. However, Yahoo Mail tends to have a less robust spam filtering system and fewer advanced features compared to its competitors.
Gmail, on the other hand, is widely regarded as one of the best email services, especially for those who already…

Nuisance Control Group Messaging
Set new group messages to silent in the same way unknown numbers can be set to silent. This way we can change notification sounds so our phone isn't being blown up randomly.

Seamless Communication with Apple
Recently joined a beta, won't disclose the company for whom the beta was for, but the product was a chat app with the feature to be able to associate your Apple account. Doing so allows android users to communicate with iOS users via iMessage. verified that the end user(apple user) receives the message via associated Apple ID.
Been using Textra for several years and paid for the app to support. I'd much rather use that feature on here and the more Textra users find out about said application I am referring to they will probably feel the same.
Thanks, LOVE…
