  3. picture Quality

    I think a good idea is to be be able to send high quality videos. if I take a video in 1080 and send it to myself it comes delivered in like 360...which is a total let down and makes u not want to send videos to anyone...please fix...Messages plus allows u to send and receive videos in all resolutions but it's something about this one that I like and really wanna give it a chance

  4. Themes & send & receive custom settings

    Add different themes to download & have custom settings, e.g - changing text fonts for incoming SMS/MMS & size changing for texts incoming & outgoing & add send & receive bubbles with different bubble shapes to use etc, this app would be qpp 100% best text app if it had the features of the Chomp SMS app

  5. Full Spectrum for Choosing Colors

    It would be awesome to have a full RGB spectrum with saturation and/or transparency for choosing colors on the app.

  6. color Id for contacts

    this is more of a concern. Textra seems to change the contact color it originally assigns.
    ex. Jane Doe is originally assigned red, but when a new contact is added, textra automatically changes Jane Doe's color to purple.
    I would like whatever color originally assigned or chosen to stay that color, I don't want textra to randomly change it.

  7. Auto Delete OTP texts

    With the proliferation of Multi-Factor-Authentication using One Time Passwords via text, TextMate is getting too "noisy" with these messages (that have a very limited time frame of usefulness). Can you "auto delete" these messages after 24-hours (or a specific number of days)?

  8. Response Acknowledgement Emojis

    When you single tap a received message, it only gives the options of a heart, a laugh, thumbs up, thumbs down, double exclamation marks, and a question mark. Other people I chat with are able to choose from any of their available emojis. I would like to see that in the next build.

  12. Have tapback available to android, Samsung, users!!!

    Google calls it RCS. IPhone calls it tapback. Whatever its called I want to be able to hit an emoji on the incoming message without sending a new message.

  13. Preview images before sending

    Sometimes there are pics that are very similar, would like to zoom on the one I attached to make sure it's the right one. Gallery view also is sometimes sorted in a different order from the picture selection menu in Textra. A zoom capability on the attached pic before sending would be helpful. Thanks!

  14. Wallpaper & Responses

    It would be nice to be able to customize individual chats and group chats with our own images.
    It would also be nice to be able to add sticker responses like google messages instead of being limited to the same five responses and undo a text or even edit it like one is able to in imessage

  15. Mute Reactions

    I would like an option to mute reactions such as liked a post, loved an image, etc., without muting the entire conversation. Group messages are extremely annoying now with constant reaction notifications after a single message.

  17. separate folder for 2fa texts

    I get like at least 3 texts a day with codes to log into different websites, and then there are those texts from the cell phone provider. I want a folder for messages from contacts and a folder for unsaved numbers.

  19. Please do not implement RCS!

    The lack of RCS support is why I'm using textra. If it is implemented, please make it optional!! I don't want other people deleting messages they have sent me from my phone.

  20. Custom Contact Notification Icon

    hello, prior to a recent update, the notification icon style would adopt any custom themes for an individual contact and use that as the notification icon. for example, my thread with my mom is a different color (pink) than my default color, and anytime she texted me the notification icon that popped up on my lock screen would be pink (so I instantly knew it was her w/o having to look at the name). similarly, I have my partner's picture in his contact and when he texts me his picture used to be the notification icon. please bring that feature…
