2. Display the date only once at the beginning of the first message of the day.

   Please display the date in a floating manner.
   Currently, the same date is repeated continuously throughout the day.

   Like in Telegram, the date of each day should only be shown once — starting from the first message of that day — and then displayed as floating.

   Or even if it’s not floating at all, the date should still be printed only once per day.

   Because when the date keeps repeating, the eye constantly sees it and can’t immediately tell whether it’s today’s date or from previous days.

   But with the method I suggested, the eye can instantly recognize it without effort, since the date is printed only once.

17. Tabs to Separate Contacts from Non-Contacts

    With Spam texts becoming more and more frequent, it'd be nice to have a tab where I can view friends and not have spam texts filling up that space. Even deleting them barely makes a difference because they're so frequent.

    So ideally there are 2 tabs, where the first shows messages from people in your contact list (and any group chats where you have at least one member in your contact list), and the second is everything else.
    The tabs would be at the top, just below the toolbar, for ease of navigation, with a switch in the settings to enable/disable since I'm sure there are people who don't care if they have Spam sprinkled throughout their message history.
