    you need a way to name a group of contacts that you are wanting to text. I have 35 employees, and I would like to break them up into four groups that I can select and send a group text to.

  2. colors for date and time of messages

    As I get older it becomes harder to read low contrast text, such as your light gray on black for date and times of messages. it would be nice to be able to set the colors of the dates and time to something with better contrast.

  4. MESSAGING AND PRIVACY

    add colour choice for Line1 and Line2 (red, blue, green, etc) before sending msg,..
    Also add privacy for msg to be hidden , fingerprint will allow hiding of msg and no one can easily detect if some msg are hidden in

    Can you give us the option to have a timestamp showing on texts, chompSMS has this option, is it something you can put in?

  6. Search within Single Text Thread

    The search function is nice. But it searches all text threads. I would love to be able to only search a single Text thread. I have wanted this on many occasions. Too many times, the item I'm looking for pops up as found, but throughout numerous threads. Knowing what I want in a single thread would help significantly.

  8. Sorting / searching blocklist

    it would be nice to be able to sort the blocklist alphabetically and by date of last contact (and/or search it).

    it's a pain when you accidentally blocklist a contact and have to find it to un-blocklist.

  10. Option to "react" to a comment

    Apple users now can "like, love, laugh at" etc a text comment sent to them, like in Facebook. Would be cool if Textra users could do that also. Thanks!

  16. select all messages

    there's a feature on most sms apps where you can long press on one person in the Convo list and then an icon for "select all" so you can bulk delete, or archive, etc. that is so handy. especially these days with how much spam comes in texts. it'd be an awesome feature to add!

  17. Galaxy 4 smartwatch

    Is there any way Textra can be adapted for the new generation of Samsung Galaxy watches? I've used Textra for so long, but if I want to use my watch for notifications, I don't have the choice at this time other than the native Samsung messages app. :(

  18. "Ideas" improvement, allow comments on threads

    this would reduce clutter and consolidate ideas. as it is, if someone has an idea or suggestion, or even a solution to how to accomplish an idea, it ends up as a new post. so someone says "filter for spam words" and someone else says "filter for urls" and i say "filter with a selection box for fine tuning filters and build an autoreport spam function" they end up as separate ideas even though they all could be combined.... I was thinking about this Auto report idea and had an idea for how it would work. you would have to…

  19. scheduling texts

    I had this option through vanilla texting apps, so I'm really hoping this feature gets implemented, but being able to write up texts and just have them scheduled to send later in the day/week is so helpful. good for sending myself reminders and such.

  20. Block messages without numbers

    Would it be possible to block receivedSMS and mms that don't have a number identifing who sent it. It just shows spam@example.com
