  2. Add additional contacts to a MMS thread

    It is extremely frustrating whenever I think I have added everyone into a certain thread but then I come to find out that I have left out one person.

    It would be extremely useful to be able to simply add one more contact to a thread is already existing

  3. Add background or wallpaper behind bubble

    We should be able to add a background or wallpaper behind the bubble for more fun. Either textra should have some choices and we can also add our own wallpaper background from our gallery or photos.

  6. Customize contact list

    Verizon's default android messaging app, while not nearly as useful & fluid as Textra, has a nice feature that Textra doesn't: it allows you to customize the contact list.

    In the VZW app, you can customize your "primary contacts", meaning the contacts that appear in the default messaging contact list. Through the app's settings, you can create this list from any combination of on-phone contacts, a given group from Google contacts, SIM contacts, etc.

    Additionally, if you type in a contact, the VZW app will still search through your full contact list (Google contacts, SIM contacts, etc.), displaying the contacts…

  8. Delivery Report for Received Messages; Time SENT and time receieved

    Let's say Joe texts me at 1:32pm, but my phone is off or on airplane mode or something. I don't get the text until 4:16pm when I turn my phone back on. I want to know that the text was sent at 1:32pm. Am I missing this somewhere?

  10. Could you please add some kind of wildcard to block lists?

    I like very much the block numbers feature. It would be nice if it included an option to block numbers starting with +5511, for instance.

    The spammers are circumventing the blacklist by changing the ending of the numbers.

  11. Conversation select

    It must have a all balloon selection in conversations. This is need to unselecte those balloons which we dont want to delete, instead of select the enormous amount os balloons to delete

  13. More MMS File Sizes

    Verizon allows for 1.2 MBs to be sent through MMS but Textra allows only 1 or 2 so effectively not using the limit or too much.

  16. quick reply - save text when swiping away

    I found that sometimes I would start typing a reply in the quick reply box. Then swipe it away because I have to loop something up. To get back to my message I open the Textra app but the text I typed previously in the quick reply box is not there in the conversation thread. However, when receiving a next message and opening quick reply, the text is there.

    It would be nice to save the message I started typing in quick reply to the conversation thread when I close quick reply. That way I can start responding in quick…

  17. Message view with smartwatch

    I would love to be able to see a conversation on my smartwatch most texting apps allow you to view the conversation (or most of it) and scroll though in my mind this is the only thing missing in textra please add it!

    Textra used to have an option to receive in-call notifications when receiving a message. for some reason, they got rid of that feature. Please bring it back

  19. Ability to disable notification if message comes in from unknown number (not in contact list)

    Message is received, and is marked as unread, but no notification, no vibrate, no sound. This way when a new contact sends you their info you've still got it but if it's spam, you don't have to hear it or take notice of it.

  20. Searchable conversions

    I have quite a few text conversations with long histories. It would be great to be able to search by keyword (the way one searches via control+f on a computer) to retrieve older information.
