  3. Group messaging: How to choose contact's number?

    In group messaging, only the contact's name appears. In case of a contact having multiple numbers, how do we know which number it is being sent to, and how do we choose which number?

  6. Picture management tools. Ability to migrate pictures to a directory of my choosing or set a default location. Ability to select all picture

    Should be able to better manage images in a text thread to save on local storage. There should be an option to select a default directory for images recieved or sent. In my case it would be my SD card. Option to select all and move or delete from thread.

  11. Text style Emojis

    It would be great if you add icons for these text emojis ;-) :-P :-) :'( :-| :-* like other sms apps. Cuz when I type these smilies i see them in text formats they're not turning into actual emojis.

  13. Have chat heads like facebook

    I like that I can easily toggle in and out of facebook sms when doing something such as playing pokemon go and it does not interrupt the app that I'm using . Whenever I quick reply with textra it pauses the app and that forces me to have to switch to facebook sms when playing .

  14. I'm having problems with disappearing lock screen notifications

    I get a notification sound but sometimes the notification disappears emmidiately after it shows up, which is a big problem when I don't notice the sound. I miss a lot of messages because of this bug.

  16. Show call history inline with messages in conversation

    I would like to be able to see the call history inline with the messages in a conversation. Would be useful when communicating with someone whose number is not saved to contacts to remember calls in relation to text messages.

  17. Stop sending ads. They cause the app to use a mountain of battery.

    Stop the ads. I ignore them. They use alot of battery keeping the phone radio active. And they are annoying. Please fix or lose a user.

    I would like to have a setting in the notifications to override silent. Set volume to maximum and play a sound.

  19. Add support for urgent priority SMS

    I believe it's built in to the SMS protocol itself because every phone I've ever had had the option to change priority to urgent, but Textra does not have to option to send OR RECOGNIZE urgent priority.

    I sent myself a message from stock messenger with the priority sent to urgent but Textra does not show it any differently.

  20. Native Notification Badge

    Yes it would truly be nice to have native notification badge on this awesome sms app. Im using a Huawei P9 Plus and all's well except for the absence of a notification badge on the Textra icon on homescreen. All the other apps I got from playstore like viber, whatsapp, seem to be ok. Only Textra won't appear in the "badge app icon" list on the phone's homescreen "more setting". Thanks for this awesome app....it Rocks!
