  1. Custom Vibration Patterns A12/13/14

    Global settings for vibrate patterns on AOSP and Pixel have been removed in newer android versions. Chomp SMS has an app specific call for vibrate patterns on notifications, and has a custom option that allows users to input the length of time in seconds for vibrations and paused (e.g., 0.12,0.1,0.12 would be two short vibrations with a slight pause in between). Would very much like to see this in Textra.

  2. More noticeable options for unread messages.

    I am a new Textra user, so far I love it! My only wish is for there to be a way to make unread messages show up more compared to read messages. the bold text is nice, doesn't stand out as much as it should. Maybe an option to highlight the entire bar... or make unread bars change color.

  7. color coded dual sim

    it would be great if there were a setting to have a different theme for each Sim card when running dual Sim. so that it's easier to see at a glance which Sim the latest message went to. Cheers

  8. Schedule a Message

    First off, LOVE THIS APP.

    IDEA: It would be nice to have the ability to schedule a message to be sent out at a later time. Example: I see a message that I missed, but it's too late or early to reply. Would be nice to be able to write out the message and schedule it so it goes out at an appropriate time. Right now, I'll wait to reply, but sometimes I forget about the message completely.

  9. Ability to emoji response to images photos and gifs

    I love the ability to give an emoji response to text messages I received, but it would be great to also be able to do the same for images, photos, etc.

  11. More Spam Control

    Is there anyway that you can make a filter that would stop a text from coming thru that contains a key word (s)?
    I am being spammed by Trump text messages. Each time I forward them to spam, and put them on my blocklist. but they succeed in using another phone number and continue to send more text that bypass the blocklist.
    If I had a filter that would prevent any Subject text that included, say "Trump", for example, the messages wouldn't even make it to my phone.
    Restricting texts received to just contacts won't work, because, I get text…

  12. removing people from a text reply.

    when I get a text from anyone and it is a group of people. I may want to remove someone from my text reply or add someone to my text reply. how can I do this?

    SIM number is not enough for me to recognize correct sim. Can you add color or at least toast when sim is switched. Thank you.

  15. Folder or drop down.

    I get so many texts for codes and stuff from websites, I just deleted 19 separate messages! can we have a default folder or even just a drop down for all the trash? or even be able to put all the messages from "unsaved" numbers in that folder/drop down??

  16. NEW group Chats

    Have any new text at the top of list. I open pop-up to quick read and then I can't find the message or group again. I spend too much time searching to find the message (scrolling back through years of text messages).
    maybe personalized folders to Archive different Groups (family, friends, church, work, etc) without changing my phone address book (one person may have several titles or be in several groups).

  17. Sort block list by date

    I occasionally block list a sender by mistake. It is time consuming and very frustrating scrolling through my numerous blocked senders to try and find the error. It would be useful to have the list come up by date instead of by the current numerical order. Who remembers the blocked number? Please, pretty please!
