  3. Get rid of the "textra" up top.

    It would be cool if we could change what it says at the top of the apps screen, or the option of keeping it a color with the "textra" gone.

  4. Options for floating messages

    3 options for floating messages I think are needed:

    1. Allow the floating message to rotate with phone orientation. Currently, when I have my phone docked while driving (landscape), floating messages are unreadable because they appear sideways.

    2. In addition, being able to increase the text size of floating messages would increase readability. While docked, the small message is hard to see. I would like to be able to increase the text size of floating messages x2 or x4 (perhaps only while in landscape orientation).

    3. Give the option to center align the floating message instead of top align.

  5. option to turn off quick reply

    When replying to a new message it will jump back to who I was just texting and I'll just keep replying and end up sending messages to the wrong person. Dangerous.
    Sorry if this is already a suggestion I could dig through them all!

    Really great application by the way!

  6. Read me and vote to raise awareness

    I have a HTC one m9. Running lollipop in airplane mode with wifi on and wifi calling active mms now works through textra. I don't know if it's because of lollipop or that tmobile now has 2 default apn's, one specifically titled tmobile mms, maybe both. TEXTRA IS NOW PERFECT.

  10. Time delay.

    Option to set a time delay the same as emails where you can set a time to stop and start receiving texts again so you don't need to put your whole phone on silent or even to just silence your txts so you can still hear urgent calls but not have unimportant txts in the dead of the night.

  12. Use Facebook photos for thumbnail icons

    It would be great if Textra could import photos from other apps for the icons, instead of just using Google. Most of my contacts photos are through Facebook, for example, but only their Google pic shows beside their texts, if that.

  20. Grandfathering existing customers so they won't have to pay to do away with the ads

    Ok, so I realize that your end goal is to make a heavy profit off of this app and that is understandable considering this is a business but I feel your new "pay us or get hounded with ads" approach is terrible business sense. I believe that you should have grandfathered all of your already existing and quite happy customers into the non-ad texting app that they downloaded/signed up for in the first place and then just gave the "Pay us or you'll be laden with ads" option to new customers.
