  3. web support a la mySMS

    please add support so that I can use a web interface to send text messages just like my SMS. As someone who sits at computer all day, this would be very helpful.

  6. Do Not Disturb

    Allow there to be a function like do not disturb on this app. I use this app to prevent my son from accessing his phone during school hours but still want him get texts from me or his grandmother. if you could make a feature to mute some convos between certain times that'd be amazingly helpful

  7. Emergency Alert

    this past weekend in Hawaii, a false emergency alert was sent to the whole state via text. I'm sure everyone has heard about it by now. everyone in my house hold got the message on their phones via the native app. I didn't because I was using Textra as my messaging app. I didn't realize it was not available with this app. I checked my native app, the setting is there. this is disappointing not having this critical function available on this app. I really love Textra and has been my default app for the phones since I bought the…

  10. Seeing whether it's from you or them.

    When I go onto my Textra app and I look at all my messages. I can't see whether I sent a message last or if the person I was contacting sent a message last. It has no indication from the home screen. Just curious if this can be an option to have.

  11. Time to Send

    It works like an alarm clock but in a form of sending a text. You'll set time when to send a text.

    I came up with this idea when I needed to send a text at a specific time but I forgot it when I fell asleep.

  12. Bubble width in multi-line messages

    Whenever a message is more than one line its bubble's width changes to a fixed width. I feel it would be a stylistic improvement to set the bubble width to the width of the longest line in the message.
    This would reduce the amount of empty space in bubbles and prevent weird issues like unused space to the right of every line in a message you send to someone.

    Statistics like number of words and letters, or frequency of messages. Even the average time spent on a conversation could be interesting. Interesting, and very funny.

  16. My idea is for there to be an app available to download on Mac or PC

    Having an android phone and a mac isn't always the most compatible for messaging. The Verizon app glitches constantly and I do not like the look or the way that the app operates.

  17. Disable "+" menu

    the Google G board already has a built in emoji menu, gif tool, photo insert tool, etc. it is confusing to have two. I'd like to be able to disable the Textra "+" menu that appears to the left of the text box.

  19. More options on Search

    Currently Search has limited option to mention a string. it will be very helpful if multiple condition can be specified . such as search string, time period , wild card , multiple words etc., Along with scroll through the search result option than going back to search output after reading each message to open next matching message.
