  1. Time Stamp

    P.S. Pressing on the time or pressing the "I" does not show when message was sent. It only shows the time that the phone was put on. I have had messages sent to me 24 hours earlier and no matter what I do with "Information", sliding to left, or pressing down, it will not show time and date that message was sent.

  2. Blacklist for chat messages

    Add only first numer from the list, which is in fact sender number and ignore rest of numbers.
    Blacklist is not working if sender reordered numbers in next messages.

    Consolidate all phone numbers into the Textra app. Example is using your regular phone number and Google phone number coming through Textra

  4. Chat Heads for most used contacts

    I really like the chat heads that the Facebook Messenger has and it would be an awesome idea for texting but not through the messenger app don't like it .

  5. Allow composing a message without any contact being selected

    When you click "compose message" the app asks for a contact which normally fine. But can you please make it so that the user can click the space below to start composing a message even if no contact has yet been selected?

    Sometimes I want to compose a message before selecting who I want it to go to.

  6. Recycle bin

    It would be really useful to have deleted messages go into a viewable recycle bin that can be manually purged. I've frequently deleted SMS messages and then wanted to see them again.

    It would be nice to side scroll between the different emoji groups, instead of having to scroll all the way to the bottom to the "flags" emoji group.

  10. notification sonore accusé de reception

    il serait bien de créer une notification sonore pour les accusé de réception.
    ainsi nous serions alerté quand le destinataire recevra le sms
    Car si son téléphone est éteins et qu' il l allume 3h00 après par exemple nous serions ainsi prévenu sans avoir à consulter régulièrement le sms pour savoir si il l a recut

  12. Reorder Quick Compose Contacts

    Reorder the displayed favorite contacts list so that the recent contacts from it, or the favorite contacts from it from whom there are messages, are at the top of the Quick compose's list. Optionally separate them from the rest of the favorite contacts with a subtle horizontal rule.

  14. SMS HTML Link bug

    When clicking a sms HTML link, the recipient field is filled with a "?". The sms will then fail to send unless it is manually removed. Clicking the following link: "sms:?body=test" will recreate this bug. This link follows the standards for an SMS link and the behaviour is not present in both the default Samsung and the default Android messaging apps.

  18. Thread Merging

    I have a couple of group text threads that are to a lot of the same people (1 person is missing from one of them which caused the app to create a separate thread). I would love to be able to merge them into a single thread. Hope you guys can find a way to. Make that happen.

  19. Ambiant display

    Give the option to use the ambiant display feature instead of waking up the whole screen when receiving a message, like Facebook Messenger and many other apps do. It is much cleaner that way.

  20. Customized date format

    currently the date format is mm/dd/yyyy, in my country we are using dd/mm/yyyy is there any option available or for future?
