My idea is that, when you buy pro to get rid of annoying ads, you actually get rid of them ! I upgraded and still get ad pop ups! Upset !!!
After purchasing Pro, still have ads popping up continuously, very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Audio tone on delivery of message
There should be an option for selectable audio tone upon delivery of a text message.

The new "send now" option with send delay should have the buttons switched places.
you shouldn't put the "send now" button where the cancel button used to be. Everyone's muscle memory will now send the message when they are trying to cancel

keyboard auto start
having so those instant messengers I can't tell the last time I wrote sms myself. 99% of sms I receive are service things (like banking, orders confirmation, password etc) and they are not supposed to be answered.
Some users might like keyboard opened. But an appropriate check box in Settings will make everyone happy. Thank you4 votes -

send delay change
I like how you changed the send how button but there is now a very large annoying bar if you send long texts which is distasteful and I think this should be edited or we should have the option to change it back to how it use to be (turn the send now button off maybe?)

UI when sending Delayed/Timed Texts
The new update to quickly send your text is nice but the placement of having the cancel button above when sending texts now is not so great because most people are likely accustomed to tapping that space to stop a text, but are now sending a text that they mean to stop. Please consider revising the UI for this again to something more user friendly.

delay interface
Hello. the new delay-send interface seems unnecessary to me. it's not as elegant and a slip of the finger leads to sending early. the original way was perfect. Thanks for keeping the app updated.

Problem with long messages
I just got a notification while sending a particularly long text message that "textra is sending a large number of SMS messages" which, according to your support page is an Android issue. However, when I click on Allow on the notification box (actually, I got 4 or 5 of these notifications one after the other and clicked Allow on each), I end up with a green bar and exclamation point next to the message which looks like the message didn't go through. If there's a limit on message length, I'd rather Textra notify me while I'm typing rather than hearing…

locking and hiding chats

Placement of sms cancelation button
When sending a delayed message, could you please change the pacement of cancel button. rather than putting it on top you should gave it at the bottom and confirm sms send button on top. when a person sends a message mistakenly it is a natural reflex to press the send button again to cancel it haphazardly. also it wil be more in line with what you had before i.e. the send button used to turn into cancel button. so?

paste url: option to turn off preview
sometimes I don't want the preview sent in txt. perhaps an option to disable preview on url paste. global or per contact depending on LOE, you decide. context menu at moment of paste seems too annoying. thanks!

Search specific text threads.
Let's say I want to search NBA in my texts with Mike . The app only let's you search all the texts, not just the specific thread with Mike. I don't need to see the rest of the texts I said NBA with everyone else. Just Mike.

Please bring back the original "grid" style compose window (showed fav contacts tiled in a grid instead of a long list)
Any chance you can bring back an option for the original (much better) compose screen layout for choosing favorites? Fav contacts used to be tiled in a grid on the compose screen, and it was PERFECT for quickly tapping multiple senders. Now that it's a list you have to scroll down through them and select one recipient at a time, which is much more cumbersome. This change came after I paid for the Pro version, which was disappointing since the original grid of fav icons was one of Textra's best features. Allow customization of failed notification sound
The changelog for version Version 3.22 says "Failed Notifications (e.g. Mobile Data is off when receiving an MMS) now play a (failed) ringtone". The tone that's currently used isn't the notification sound I chose in my Textra settings, and it isn't the default notification sound for my device -- I can't even figure out which sound it is, much less change it to something else. Is there a way to change this?
