  1. Extract coordinates from "Current Location " sent from iPhone user

    Whenever someone sends me their current location from an iPhone, it sends me a vCard named "Current Location". I have to import the contact, view it, copy the Apple maps link, then delete everything except the coordinates. It would be great if Textra could automatically extract the coordinates.

  3. Report inappropriate/offensive ads

    Some way to report ads that are inaccurate (false/propaganda content) or in some way offensive, please! Your ad rotator service is displaying some things awful enough to make me want to stop using Textra!

  5. Back to main screen

    Cancel moving back to main screen by sliding right when messages are selected.
    It's really annoying as you can slide mistakenly, and then you have to reselect the messages.

  6. I wanna be able not lose my messages

    If I accidentally uninstall this app but decide it was the best app ever !! I would like to still have all my messages//convos back! (That I typed on this app...) & not start over! Can we have some type of log in or something ?...

  7. For Private Text Messaging (Secret Conversation)

    This will be a place that you can hide messaging threads so that everyone cannot see the thread when they first open the app. It will be tucked away and you will still get notifications and still customize the thread.

  8. Customizable Sound and Vibration Pattern for Sent Message Notification

    Would like to see the ability to customize the sound AND vibration pattern notification associated with the confirmation that a message has been sent. For example, in Handcent Next SMS, one can set the sound for a sent message to silent and the vibration pattern to something less intrusive compared to the received message vibration pattern... Would be good to have this functionality in Textra...

  15. Timestamps setting needed

    An option to set timestamps to show up permanently or not. Swiping is a good thing, but the option to let it activated would be so great 😉

    I really love Textra. Its a very good and solid sms app.

  16. Create Group

    There's no option available to create a group of contacts for messaging without sending messages to group of people.

    1-There should be an option to create group without sending text.
    2-It should be customizeable i-e we can add/delete contacts later to this group if we want to.
    3-It can be given a name.

  17. Separate the notification icons and LED

    It would be nice to be able to individually toggle both the notification icon (in notification bar) and the notification LED.

    For example, when I get a group text, and everyone responds, I'd like to see the LED flash, but not hear/see the notification icon for each response. Conversely, for some people, I'd like to hear the notifcation sound when I receive a message, but then not have the LED blinking at me all day.

    in the scheduled messages option it would be great if we could set a repeat option. IE : repeat daily, weekly, monthly, yearly.

  19. Bulk vs Group MMS easy switch

    It would be nice to add a feature so when you input multiple contacts into the field, that you get an option to switch that particular group to either a Bulk SMS or a Group MMS. This would be useful if I want to send bulk messages but also use a group function. When I switch to bulk to text my friends an invitation, all my group chats that I have open all switch to bulk as well, which is awkward and annoying. Also, the situation where you mean to send a bulk text but accidentally start a group is…
