Mute v. Archive
One of the best features is the easy Mute/Unmute option for incoming text messages.
It would be amazing if you can please make a "Archive" section for which we can send all messages into, including "Muted" messages.
Further, any new sms-texts received from "Muted" contacts remain in the archived folder without showing up in main section. This would be the ultimate privacy feature for those wanting to keep some conversations somewhat hidden, yet don't want to download risky, poorly-spelled third party "calculator" apps disguised as a secret sms app.

SMS multiple devices.
Hello. You ha e an excellent app. Very customizable and easy to use. I am wondering if there is a setting to send and receive messages from multiple devices. For an example of what I am referring to look up a SMS app called "Pulse" Thank you. I dont see anything in the settings for this. It would be a beautiful addition to your app.

Set Style/Theme according to groups in contacts automatically
I'd love to be able to have my groups in my contacts have their own message theme, set automatically in Textra when they are moved into the group. basically when someone in my contacts gets moved to the group "co-workers" Textra would set the theme automatically to the theme of what I've chosen: ie, notification sound, text colour bubbles and notification light color. this way, rather than manually setting themes for every contact, they just get defaulted to that according to which group they are in in my contacts.

MMS NEVER WORKS AFTER UPGRADES
Upgrade last night. MMS NOT WORKING TODAY!!! BOTH TEXT AND PICTURE MMS!!! UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PRO USER TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH THIS PROBLEM ON A REGULAR BASIS! I NEED HELP!!!

List of messages instead of the bubbles
Love the message layout of a list of text messages rather than the bubbles. Similar to the old blackberry layout

React to the messages SMS and MMS
Facebook messenger has where you can just react to the messages like for example.
" Are you ready to go?" - react with a thumbs up. Instead of having to send a text with just an emoji.

As a Textra supporter/beta tester for while now, asking/allowing age and level of user skill would be "easy-to-use" mode. visual, audio, connectivity..., parameters can be adjusted in settings as well...sure y'all run somewhere with that

Simple editing options
Why it is not possible to copy a particular something from inside a received sms...?
I mean we receive codes from everywhere these days to validate accounts, demands, professional appointments etc etc.. But textra don't let us copy something else than the full message or nothing... Lame please change it!4 votes -
Wifi Texting and Landscape Column Texting.
Not sure how to explain the second one. But in the default texting application on my phone. When you turn the phone in landscape mode. Instead of the contact texting box taking up the whole screen. It takes up half and the other have you can see all your other texts chats boxes still. I have a picture of want I'm talking about if I can post it.

Not an idea, but an issue.
All of a sudden I'm getting both the sound and the vibration when my ringer is on. Never used to vibrate as well. I turned off the vibration, but then get nothing when my ringer is turned off. Used to vibrate. What's up?

Discard Drafts
It would be nice to have an option to discard a draft of a text. Right now I am having to hold the back button until the text is clear.

Light Mode
a toggle between a light theme and dark theme so it's not gray/black all the time. and the ability to change the accent color of the app, instead of being stuck to blue

Replied Icon
This would be a super easy and helpful thing to implement: please add an icon or symbol to texts that we have replied to already (in the main messages screen). that way we can easily see who we have replied to and which people we still need to respond to. Right now it's very hard to tell which messages it's my turn to reply because it all looks the same.

Manually set times for night mode
Please make the times for night mode customizable. I keep ny room very dark and wake up well after sunrise; so when I open my texts in the dark, it's extremely tough on the eyes

ability to silence incoming texts and group texts from unknown numbers
i get a lot of spam messages from bots, running through number sets in the middle of the night, usually group texts with all the recipients incremented by one number. it would be great to be able to ignore these group messages as all the recipients start replying with "stop" messages sounding off constant alerts.
