  2. fold split screen

    it would be awesome to have a split screen for foldable devices where the people you are texting with are in the left pane and the conversations are in the right pane. Google messages does this for a reference.

    There should be a way to change the scheduled time for sending a message if you change your mind & want to send it now.

  5. option to auto-remove metadata from photos

    system should have basic ability to strip all metadata from a file, or better still, options by type of data (location, file created/modified dates, camera type if a photo etc. set it to permit always, or per send where it prompts for the attachment, controlled via settings

  6. Auto reply

    Having auto reply when driving or unavailable would be great, allowing it to be setup to automatically detect when connected to your Bluetooth in your vehicle and turn on or when in a meeting turn on manually. Verizon message+ has this built-in and it works great. Adding this to Textra would make it the best and safest texting app.

    can you make a way to turn off the circle that has the person's initials in it to the left of the text? the message already says their name so I don't see the need for it. it's just taking up space

    I get a lot of messages, some get missed. Would be nice to sort all messages by unread. Or, simply have an option to keep unread at the top.

  9. Separate "Open App" and "Blocklist" in quick reply

    Hey guys, so one thing I think would be good is in the quick reply window when you touch the three dots on the upper right, right now "Blocklist" shows up first, then right below it is "Open App." Can those be separated a bit so I'm less likely to accidentally blocklist my friends? lol

    Like perhaps make "Open App" the first option and "Blocklist" the last or vise versa?

  10. pinch zooming text

    the title says it all. most texting / messaging programs don't allow for this basic function that should be a system wide or universally overwriting all others for its magnification function to work. it doesn't surprise me programmers dealing with character sets rarely if ever allow for their magnification. since they're all taught the same information as a defacto government tells it to its various schools.

  15. pin Keep to the actual top and change color options.

    I know this may seem a little pedantic but when I pin Keep to the top of the conversation list it doesn't stay at the top of the conversation list if I pin anybody else with a name that starts with A through J.

    I'd like it to be at the very top, always. Not In a different location based on the names of others that I have pinned to the top.
    I would also prefer to be able to make it a different color in general message list.

  17. Forwarding to a different device

    Hello.
    It sure would be nice if there was a setting where I could automatically forward my messages to another device (cell phone, tablet). Can Textra add this capability? This would be similar to what is available with the iPhone messaging app.

  18. Chat/Bulk group indicator

    There is no way to know whether group text is set to chat or bulk without going into settings. Have a switch appear anytime more than one recipient is added to a text, giving us the option right there. Keep that switch visible within the texting thread and place an indicator within our list of texts so we know which threads are bulk and which are chat.

  19. messages from blocked numbers still give unread message count

    I don't think this is an idea as much as it is a bug. I noticed I had a number count of unread messages that didn't match my actual unread messages. after I went through my blocked messages and viewed every conversation, the message count matched
