  2. Auto correct is terrible

    For example, Why is "shit" always auto corrected to Shit? Did shit become a proper noun or something? Why when I write "Kayla" it changes it to "Paula"? I am new to Andriod, and im very close to dumping this app for a different messaging app. I had issues with auto correct on iOS, but this is ridiculous. Another issue, I isn't automatically made into a capital letter about half the time. Please tell me one instance of when i by itself (see, it JUST did it) is not capitalized. I is ALWAYS capitalized, and Shit is never capitalized unless…

  5. A timeout on notifications sounds

    I have friends who will text me a half dozen times over two minutes - it would be nice to be able to set textra to only notify once per contact per set time frame

  6. Randomize contact and chat colours

    Let Textra assign a random colour to each contact so each chat will be a different colour. The bar at the top of each conversation should also match the contact colour to avoid clashing.
    Google messenger does this very well and having many colours makes it a lot more enjoyable to use.

  7. Make share text to ... other with other messaging app (messanger, whatsapp, etc, tc)

  10. Make an option to only send a signature on the first message in a conversation.

    So, I like the signatures idea, I use them as an IT pro with my email, however it can be annoying in every text message. It would be great to have an option for the signature to only be attached to the first text of a conversation for the people at work or the people without your phone number.

  12. Can't use picture gallery to MMS

    I recently purchased a new Xiaomi Mi5s Plus, and after setting it up all features of Textra work except trying to send MMS messages. I can receive fine, but when tapping the + button the gallery doesn't appear and the button does nothing. I'm thinking it may not be compatible yet with the default picture gallery app in MIUI 8?

    Hey, this is brilliant idea....
    Anyway option/Menu button is idle while using textra. You can make it to open batch mode in both conversation & conversation list.

  16. Jelly Bean blue notification icon

    I see a custom "color wheel" option for notifications has been denied (and that's fine if this is, too), but I feel a notification icon matching the same Jelly Bean blue color would create a cleaner and more cohesive look for the status bar. The current blue stands out too much and the included white isn't distinguishable enough from things like "new mail" icons.

    Bubbles look blurry on my Nexus 5. It's the only thing preventing me from using Textra on my new phone. Please add higher resolution assets!

  20. Ability to suppress popup when certain applications are in use (like games that can't be interrupted)

    There are some apps that I don't want to have interrupted by the popup when a new text comes in, like streaming video or certain games. I'd like to be able to individually whitelist these apps, so that the popup won't appear while they are in use.
