  4. Priority Inbox

    since so many promotions / operator sms and many unwanted sms are receiving its very good to create an inbox to receive from seletected recipients and get those for separate section and make some privacy also. adding a lock or hidden message like that. it will be a huge jump for a sms application like this.

  5. fingerprint unlock to access Textra

    I think the app should have the option of locking the main UI with some sort of security especially fingerprint. This for me, would be a killer feature when compared to stock messaging app

    it'd be great if i could see the phone description when selecting contacts. some have multiple numbers like personal and work but i have no idea which one I'm selecting to text them.

    Being able to assign a picture to a group text. This would go in place of where a contact photo would go if it were a one on one conversation.

  9. Web Component

    Other popular texting apps are such as Pulse or Android Messages - having a web counterpart for their app. It's useful to not have to pick my phone up to look at a text when I'm at work on my computer. Definitely a feature I'd pay a little extra for.

  10. Custom app notification sound volume

    I need to hear message notifications at full volume even if system volume settings are set to low. The Google Messages app uses media volume, which doesn't always work well for messages. I need an app with custom sound level.

  12. Allow different notification intervals longer than 2 minutes

    Please allow us to change the repetition of notifications of unread messages. At times a person may not be able to check messages when one comes in, therefore we need a audible notification of an unread message. However at this time we can choose the number of reminders, but not how often. Every 2 minutes is extremely intrusive and annoying! To me as well as those around me. I need to get the reminders every 10, 20 or 30 minutes. Please add this option, for example 10 repetitions every 10 minutes.

  16. addend virtual icon next to name

    I would like to suggest adding an icon next to the name depending on the contact number type. for example if I am texting someone on their work phone it would have either - Work added to their name or add an icon next to their name. this would help differentiate if I am texting a work number vs personal.

  20. Sim 1

    Kindly incorporate the feature of allowing us to choose the default sim to use for sending & receiving texts. Currently Textra chooses randomly which sim tray to use.. Hence when using the wrong sim, the text doesn't get delivered many times.. It's very annoying. This is very essential & important.
