  1. Unread messages

    Since the installation of the latest Textra it says there is one unread message.
    Tried to make all the messages signed as readed - didn't help.
    In the original text application every thing is OK.

  2. Sender info as header should also be possible when an SMS is shared in anu way, as you have provided in 3.24 for share via email

    When an SMS ia forwarded as a new sms, let the sender info (number, name if available) be added as a header

    Textra 3.24 had added this feature when an SMS is shared via email... Make this facility available if SMS is forwarded via SMS or Whatsapp.

  3. Dot dot dot menu in popup menu instead of at top

    The dot dot dot menu being at the top is extremely inconvenient and a pain when you want to do something like lock messages as they are received. It should be an easy UI change to move or copy the menu into the quick popup that appears after tapping on a message. Instead of having it appear at an absolute position at the top it can be relative to the bubble that appears. You shouldn't have to rewrite very much code if any.

  6. Ability to double tap my message text to select a word

    When I want to delete a word that is a few words back, it'd REALLY be nice to be able to just double tap on a word liked you can do everywhere else instead of having to do the long hold. The long hold almost never works for me since there's no indication of when you've held long enough.

    I can even do this right here in this feedback app.

  7. Fix cut off emojis.

    When selecting emojis, they all seem to be cut off, so you're only able to see half of the emojis. This is a new bug. Please fix.

  8. Side menus witin conversations

    I would like the the ability to access all my conversations without having to leave current convo. It would be a side menu swipe within a conversation so you can look and pick another conversation to go into.

  9. Name group messages

    We should be able to name group messages. That name should take the place of the contacts it usually lists. It makes it much easier to organize and many other apps have it. I hate having to flip through multiple group messages to find the one I need.

  10. Don't hyphenate text.

    Please do not hyphenate words because it is very annoying. You are the only app that does this as far as I know. It is not popular and it seems like too much work. How much space are you really saving when you do this? Please just move the word to the next line.

  11. Support for Contact specific notification sounds

    Apps such as Google Messenger support the contact specific notification sounds/vibrations (setup in contacts) and it would be awesome if this app did as well.

    Rather than just full app or quick reply, add a "quick reply mini" option which acts like Google messager or iOS quick reply

  13. Canceling Notification Results in READ MESSAGE

    When I cancle the notification without opening Textra with the help of Cross at the top of the notification bar, so the new message automatically becomes READ rather than UNREAD.

    Additional Information:
    I am using Verizon 1030 from Pakistan and my Network is UFONE.

  14. Option for full text message in preview window

    I have plenty of real estate, would prefer to read more than a few words and dismiss, than have to click to read, leaving where I am on the phone, then have to click again to dismiss, then have to click back where I was to start out with. At least make full text am option, please...

  15. Put some private convarsation so that they will not see the private convo and contacts in text message.

    Put some Private conversation in sms and contacts so that other people will not see it. Please be update some new improvements.

  17. Delete takes 3 taps, sometimes more. Avoid!

    Deleting just takes too much taps.
    full sliding should delete.
    Conversations can ask for two taps.
    If deletion ends in no texts in a conversation view, automatically navigate back.

  19. add end call button in textra

    An option to make calls exists but I don't use my phone's default dialer and the 3rd party dialer that I use doesn't open when calling using the built in call button in textra so an end call button would be helpful.

  20. option to select SIM pops up after every reboot

    I experience a bug since I updated to version 3.24 or 3.25.

    After every reboot a dialog pop ups to let me choose which SIM to use for Textra. One of the two options is greyed out and cannot be selected, so I just select the one available option for the pop up to disappear. My phone, Nexus 6, is NOT a dual SIM phone. When I uninstall Textra and use the standard messaging app the pop up to select a SIM does not appear after a reboot.

    I am on cyanogenmod 13 (cm-13.0-20160820-SNAPSHOT-ZNH5YAO0J7-shamu.zip). Let me know if you require…
