    Please add function to differentiate between unread and read messages. Now, unread message is still not clear.

  2. screen effects

    Screen Effects are messages that take over the entire screen with an animation and sound. For instance, if you're congratulating someone, you can make confetti rain all over their screen.

    Just write a message, then use Force Touch or long-press on the send button until the Bubble Effect screen is activated. Then, tap on the Screen button at the top of the screen.

    we could use personal images, or choices from downloads, to customise our screens so pictures instead of just colours.

  7. Add quick option in text composition screen to allow sender to switch between group chat responses or bulk responses

    Currently, if I compose a group message and want the replies to come only to me, I have to go back out of the text and into the settings in order to change to the bulk option. If composing another text and I want the replies to go to the entire group, again, I have to go out of the text, into settings, and switch to chat. It would be so helpful to have a button that allows the sender to determine how replies should be distributed for that current text.

  8. Import previously sent texts

    The app only imports my received texts. I would like it to have the option to import sent texts as well. I have recently switched and it would be nice, as it adds context to many conversations.

  9. Notifications

    I have a smart watch and when I receive multiple messages from someone the watch reads "2 unread messages from..." because this is what the motivation reads until you expand the notification. if at all possible there should be an option within the settings to keep the messages bundled as they are now or have them come through as individual text messages so that people with a smart watch are able to review all texts without having to pick up the phone. the standard messaging app does this and so does alot of other great messaging however I can't bring…

  12. Real-sending message indicator

    It would be TEXTRAwesome if we could see the real time when our messages were sent. It should have a spinning material indicator then, boom! Sent. Thank you TEXTRA devs, SWAG!

  14. Add option to include phone number type next to number

    I frequently use custom number types to identify different employees in an organization. Currently, Textra doesn't allow me to distinguish between them like some other SMS apps do.

  15. Revert scheduling tool back to old dial?

  18. what contacts account to display

    I use my phone for work and personal use. I have my work contacts synced for calling and email but I will never text them. I hate having to scroll through my hundreds of contacts to get to who I want.

  19. Need Group Messaging please

    I've been using textra for years and am just realizing that it only allows you to receive group texts but not send them. sending to group sends an individual text to all parties and doesn't keep the text threads together. please resolve this issue to bring much needed functionality to your app. I will be switching to another text app for the time being but will gladly download textra again once this functionality has been added

  20. Sending time instead if reception time

    I think it would be more useful that the hour indicated for a SMS is the hour it was sent instead if the hour it was received. Thanks.
