  2. allow suppressing SMS from email gateways

    The majority of spam texts, at least on my device, seem to come from e-mailed SMS. Seems like this would be straightforward to filter.

  3. New blocklist features

    I do enjoy being able to see a convo in the blocklist menu without having to un-blocklist the sender, but I like the blocklisted name to disappear when I've deleted the blocked convo. After the new features, the name remains visible even if there is no convo associated with it. Thanks.

  4. forward a copy of text to android tablet

    I need to be able to forward a copy of the texts to an android tablet. The Google texting app allows this.

  5. Categories feature

    It would be great if we can class messages in specific categories either by sender number
    (e.g messages from 'x' and 'y' should go to 'work' category)

    or by phrases (e.g message contain 'xxx' should go to 'friends' category).

  7. Simultaneous Texting Lines

    I would love to have two texting lines for each conversation. That way, while I'm working on a paragraph long message, I can send a quick message to that same person, either as a reply to a message coming in, or just to let them know I haven't forgotten about them, and I'm working on the long reply.

  8. "Same as phone" color option.

    On the same as phone color option, it would be nice if you could choose to default it to the black setting instead of the grey. I know I can switch it to black manually, but I mean automation....... lol. great app. thanks.

    Please allow us to block numbers with specific digits. For example, five digit numbers, or numbers that start with '8' or any other number.

  11. Textra Heads-up Notifications Slide Down

    Been using this app a while, I love it! I decided to try out the Textra Heads-up Notifications, it's my favorite so far.

    Anyway I noticed that when a new notification arrives, it doesn't slide down just like Android Heads-up does. Resulting in the message being cut-off and not being able to access the reply or other notification options.

    I know that it might use extra permissions and work but pls, we just need the Textra Heads-up Notifications to be able to slide down from the top of the screen so it shows the entire card!!

  12. option for separate MMS/SMS to each persons chat when sending to more than one

    today when I choose to send message to more than one person a new chat is created, I want to have the option to putt that message in that persons earlier chat instead of have a new one created

  15. Seconds displayed in time stamp

    I was asked to try another messaging app to isolate my issue with messages being mixed up in group messages. The app that I used, and was suggested, had seconds in the time stamp of sent and received times of each messages. This would really help when messages gets mixed up since we can follow accurately which order the messages were sent. Right now it only has minutes but with all active conversations, this would really help sorting how the conversation flowed.

    I don't understand why I keep seeing messages from someone I've already blocked when that person is included in a group message sent to me.

    I'm a new user who switched from google messages so that I could send my videos and photos could be sent without being compressed.
