    need the option to disable mute for all incoming messages! I get messages and never know it because they are muted by default!

  2. Allow picture rotation

    Samsung Note20, Android 10. Any picture chosen is rotated sideways. Please either fix, or allow the user to rotate them manually before sending.

    in my old phone I had a draft LIST message ; it's was wonderful to keep many messages to a same recipient to send later. why not in textra ?

  4. Copy From Sent and Bulk vs Chat Options

    1. Allow the ability to select and copy portions of an already sent text. Currently, you can only copy the entire message instead of just one line or two you want to copy and send to somebody new.

    2. This has an ability to send an SMS as a 'chat' meaning any replies to a text you send gets sent to EVERYONE you sent it to, and 'bulk' so all replies only go to you. The settings for this are in the main settings of the app. It would be great to have the ability to set this on a per text…

  5. One person not receiving texts

    One person not receiving my texts (problem)

    I have a Samsung S9 and have been using Textra on previous phones for many years. A couple of weeks ago, for no obvious reason, I cannot send texts to one particular person. This person DOES receive images from me, just not texts.
    This person DOES receive texts from me if I use the Samsung Messages app.
    I have tried everything I can find on the web, including deleting Textra and re-installing it, deleting this person from my Contacts and re-creating them - all to no avail.

    Allow Textra to work without cellular... ie wifi only. Just received Galaxy A7 Tab and cannot use Textra!

    There should be a way to save messsges incase you switch or lose your phone. I'd really appreciate that

  13. send delay option

    dont care what the reason could be... mine is usually just late night thoughts that can wait till morning for a response but, it would be neat if I could type up a text message and have the app hold/delay it being sent until with a specific date/time.

    like right now, my wife is sleeping and will be awake in the morning before me. I want to text her a reminder about something to do in the morning but i dont want her phone to ring now and wake her.... but Ill be asleep and would prefer her to get…

    signal app shows a circle when text is sent, two circles when received, dark circles when opened. Could we get something like that please?

  15. Contact Sort Sequence/Display

    Would be beneficial to allow Contacts to be displayed and sequenced Last Name First, if preferred.
    This would mirror other Apps that used Contacts within the App, and also allow this capability.
    It would also match Google/Samsung Contact Apps, if uses has elected Last Name First Display and Sequencing.

  16. Ability to turn off notifications

    I wish there was a setting to turn off notifications. I use this feature frequently and with my phone's default app, it's the first thing under notification settings. To do the same with Textra, I have to go into the app's settings in my phone.

  17. Sort messages inside thread

    When you have a lot of messages in single thread, the most recent is far down. If it's possibility to sort by date ascending or descending, you could have most recent messages at the top.

  19. "Mark As Read" Feature

    I don't think I'm alone when I say that I can't stand when a thread has a lit up number next to it saying it has unread messages. I am also not alone in being infuriated when you can't get those numbers to go away, despite reading all the messages present. Could you make a feature that, when highlighting a certain text thread, you can click "Mark As Read" and remove all Unread notifications?

  20. "Mark As Read" Feature

    I don't think I'm alone when I say that I can't stand when a thread has a lit up number next to it saying it has unread messages.
