  1. way to contact support

    I am having MMS issues that only happen in Textra and not my native app, but no way to notify Textra of the issue. There should be a way to contact support after multiple troubleshooting options have been completed.

  3. Spam reporting.

    A spam reporting option added to the blacklisting option, similar to what is in messages would be nice. I get so annoyed by the spam, and even if reporting it doesn't really do anything it makes me feel a little better. right now I have to switch my messaging app to messages every time I want to report spam and block a number.

    When you don't have your 4G on, Have a notification that someone is trying to send you a photo (MMS) to indicate that you must turn data on for you to receive the photo/MMS

  7. privacy control

    today many emails and online accounts use SMS for certification and if someone has access to my phone can easily reset my password and get access to my data. is it possible to make a white list of people who their message could be read when phone is locked and other unknown numbers or sensitive numbers stay private or only title or first line to be shown.

    I've been using your wonderful app for quite some time and I would share my idea about putting more colours on the bubble messages. i saw this rainbow colored thread on Facebook messenger like a gradient color that changes when you scroll the message thread.

  13. Block improvement

    Hi! I'm experiencing problems with blocking a mentlaly disturbed individual from spamming me with messages. Because he sends to multiple recipients, it seems the fact the he is blocked doesn't prevent the messages from coming through. If the recipients vary, they are each unique conversations, and there is little point in blocking all involved since he adds people all the time. I want to block anything he sends me, regardless of who else is also receiving his message.

  19. improve search old messages

    If we could type in the name of the person and a word of the text.

    currently if you type in the name it'll bring up all the text from that person.
    or if you type a word that you're looking for it'll bring all those words from everybody. but if we could search by typing in the name and the word and it finds that specific text that would be great.!
