  1. Schedule Clock Setting

    A setting to select whether you prefer to use an analog clock or the previous sliding selector to choose the send time for scheduled messages. I personally preferred the previous method, and find it clunky to aim for precise times on the clock. If a setting to choose isn't implemented, I would prefer to revert to the old version.

  2. delete after searching

    hello, just was trying to search my text messages and when I found ones I wanted to delete I realized they couldn't be selected and deleted when searching. it would be nice to long press and select all the ones you want to delete.

  4. Just a tad little scaling for bubbles

    Firstly I'd like to mention that the app is insanely amazing. Been a fan ever since I started using it.

    I'd just be absolutely preaching this app to anyone and everyone if the tech guys and devs take my idea into consideration.
    its for the chat bubbles. They somehow seem to be much closer to the text, kinda like there is a space issue on the screen and the app is trying to fit in what it can. Not like thats the case but just trying to explain my point.

    The chat screen would look ever so elegant and slick…

  7. Photo de fond de message

    Derriere les messages, ce serer bien qu'on puisse mettre des photos de fond de message, car c'est pour cela que je n'utilise pas l'application car on ne peut pas mettre de fond de messeges. Merci de votre compréhension, fêtes se votre mieux merci d'avance.

  8. send scheduled message if there's no reply

    I use scheduled messages pretty frequently (both in Textra and Boomerang). Boomerang has an option to send the scheduled message if there's no reply. I'd love the same in Textra. I imagine it working like this:
    1) I schedule the message and check a box "Don't send if there's a reply"
    2) When it's time to send, if there's a newer message from the contact, don't send the message (marking it as abandoned) otherwise, send the message.

  12. nougat heads up

    I noticed that receiving more than 1 message from the same person would show '2 messages' instead of showing the two messages. It would be good to be able to show all messages received instead of showing how many messages were received.just like how the stock messenger does it.

    • would like option of profile pictures next to sender and receiver of all conversations, not just group conversations

  14. Custom capitalization for contacts with poor eyesight

    I have some older contacts as well as one who is legally blind. The legally blind contact asked if I can send to her in all capitals.

    Could you create a custom all caps setting for sending to contacts with vision impairment?

  17. Is there any chance for direct call support?

  18. a little indicator for emojis

    any possible way to add a small indicator for every emoji that has different options with that one type of emoji. like the person's or people, a small triangle or dot in the corner that I tells me that this emoji has various skintones. I'm pressing and holding on to emojis thinking there is different versiona and nothing happens.
