  3. Support RCS or fix Google Pixel 6 Wifi support

    The Pixel 6 / 6 Pro has issues with Textra reported by multiple users, where when on Wifi texts will occasionally fail to send because the phone tries to use RCS even with it disabled on the default app.

    I've heard talk of Textra supporting RCS in the future, I'd love to hear an update on the matter, or at least a fix so Textra is usable on the Pixel 6. Thank you

  4. Delete messages before date

    1. The App function Delete Data will delete messages, accounts, settings, etc. we need a way to only delete message data.
    2. A better delete option is anything older than a given date. Specify a date, a number of days, number of months, etc.

  6. search inside conversations

    I'm hoping you can add this feature soon. I just got textra and was using this a lot with a few previous apps. when condos get long, it's a lot to try to manually read to find a contact or a person, etc., within each convo. some xpmvos are hundreds of threads.

  7. undelete?

    I accidentally swiped right on a message chain and the whole thing went to the trash. I don't know how to undelete it or pull it out of the trash. is there a way? it also seems it shouldn't be that easy to accidentally delete an entire thread with somebody.

    an archive option would be a great addition. one could click on a conversation, hold, and an 'archive' button would pop up. inside the archive area there could be different folders for the conversations. for example, teammates, neighbors, etc

  16. Minor bug with notification

    Scenario is next:
    - Textra is open (conversation with person A)
    - Lock phone
    - Receive message from person A
    - Unlock phone
    - You see message, but don't touch the screen. And lock phone again

    Result: Notification light still blinking, like there is a unread message.

    BTW, great app!

  17. couldn't receive MMS - can you show what number it was sent from?

    my mms doesnt work sometimes and when i fail to receive one, all i get is a message saying that it couldnt receive a mms message. id really like to know where that mms message came from.

  18. Combine Quick Reply + Floating Notification

    I like the floating Notification, and I want to continue using it. however, it doesn't really do anything besides take up screen real estate. The message doesn't even scroll so I can only see the first line of a text and nothing more. Here's what I'd like to see: scrolling text for the floating notifications, and an option to slide it down to see the full text / conversation from the notification. It would keep both features and add more functionality for the Floating notifications, and at the same time giving us more of that sweet Material Design goodness. :B

  20. Show whether thread has a draft saved or not

    At the message selection screen, if a message has a draft stored there should be a Draft "indicator" stating that there is a pending message in the message thread.
