  1. I would like to be able to swap the incoming and outgoing conversation bubbles so that Outgoing is on the Left and Incoming is on the Right.

    Agreed, i keep looking at the left for what I'm saying and at the right for the other person, it's frustrating to have to remind myself it's the opposite every time.

    A small row of frequent contacts at the top would be useful so i don't have to scroll down and look for people.
