To follow up on this. It is expected that when the phone is in horizontal the display will be in landscape mode and that when text notifications or quick compose is selected from the notification bar that the phone will remain in landscape mode and the text will be read or composed in landscape more. What actually happens is that when the phone is in landscape mode and and the notification for an incoming text is selected the popup window forces the phone into portrait mode. This also occurs when selecting the quick compose from the notifications, the phone is forced into portrait mode and will not go to landscape when rotated until the popup is gone. Please make the popup window respond to phone orientation and remain in, or move to landscape mode when phone is rotated.
