    Hello,

    I think the app icon and notification shade can behave differently depending on how an app handles read status. Swiping away an alert doesn’t necessarily mean the message was opened. I’ve noticed similar notification behavior with mobile games such as PvZ Fusion, where alerts can disappear without affecting anything inside the game itself: https://thepvzfussionapk.com/
