Seconded! It's possible to set a "sent sound". Would be cool - if carrier supports delivery notification - to also have a "delivered" sound. You update the interface on delivery, so why not a sound too? It would be reassuring to hear this.

Surely this can be done with Pushbullet? I can read and send messages from my PC (via my phone) using this app.

I already have this solution using Pushbullet. IMHO there's no need for Textra to move away from core messaging.

Yes, there are many requests (all with small number of votes - should be combined!) for an _automatic_ retry. This of course should be present, ideally with a logarithmic retry interval before timeout (e.g. try again in 5 seconds, 30 seconds, 5 minutes, etc). But there's a real need for a _manual_ resend option (which would reset the automatic retry period). We can often tell when we have signal restored and want to try resend *now*.
