  3. Offer keyboard rotation

    When i currently rotate my smartphone then the keyboard display is NOT rotated. It remains in portrait mode. Please allow keyboard rotation.

  5. New text notification on app icon

    Please place a red circle on the app icon with a number inside to show the number of new texts. This would be cleared once the app is opened.

    When you have a mesaage with lots of chat bubbles the option to go to begining or end of mesaage quickly instead of scrolling

  7. SDK Integration with Yappy

    I think that all other SMS/MMS apps are inferior to Textra but I haven't been using it because of the support for Yappy. Any chance of using the SDK integration for Yappy so that Textra works fully with Yappy?

  10. Group Messaging Sent Notification

    When a message is sent to a group it would be helpful to have individual sending status. I recently sent a message to a lot of people and some recieved it but some didn't (based on the exclamation point by my message) I need to know who received the message without sending another text to everyone.

  11. Move the send arrow out of the texting window

    The Send arrow in the text writing area causes too many mistakes. If touched it will send the message whether it is completed or not and this happens to many times.

    Get rid of that arrow send key all together and make a send key down on the keyboard without replacing the Enter key.

  14. View all photos from recipient without saving to gallery

    Veiw all photos from recipient without saving to gallery. Have an option to select a conversation and then select to only veiw photos or videos from the recipient. Eliminating having to scroll back through weeks of text for one photo, and without having to save to your gallery.

  15. Implement notification peeking

    Textra has had floating notifications since before they were native in Android. Now that they are a system feature (called notification "peeking"), it would be nice if this native functionality was offered as an alternative on Android 5.0+ devices. This has the advantage of eliminating the showing of the notification twice on the lick screen, as well as matching the system design better. Peeking notifications can either be swept right to dismiss, or up to save them to the notification bar.

  17. Please add option to block all MMS messages

    because of StageFright security issue in all android devices from android 2.2 to 5.1.1 included. MMS is easiest vector of attack, you only need to know someone phone number

    It does not show in the group messages to whom it isn't sent to. It just fails.

  19. Themes and pictures

    It would be nice to be able to change themes according to holidays or even just for fun. Also would be awesome to set a picture of your liking in the background of your conversations.

  20. Ability to move conversation order

    Would like to be able to bump the different conversations up or down in the list of conversations. For instance, whenever I get a new text, it always appears first in the list of conversations. I would like to rearrange to keep certain conversations on top. Anyone whos been fighting with a significant other or going through a break up knows that even seeing another person's text conversation on the list can suck! Currently, the only option is to either black list or delete the conversation. I don't want to do either. I just want to nudge conversations down or…
