Three dots show up on the chat window when the other user is typing, like in many other messaging apps.

Chat zoom & icon background
The ability to zoom in on a chat with two fingers is sorely missed, as is the case with Samsung Messages. It would be nice to be able to change the background color of the icon.

Dark Theme Icon

Trash
Access deleted chats or texts from the menu. Keep deleted chats or texts in the Trash for up to 30, 60 or 90 days before permanently deleted. Or option to "empty" trash at any moment

is there a way that you can change notification sound for different contacts. if I wanted one particular contact to be no sound or silent would I be able to set it up for just one contact?

Search media content in a single chat
With Samsung messages, I could open a chat thread and click the 3 dots, it would bring up another menu that had various choices, one of them was being able to search the media content that you had sent to that specific person or group. That was very useful.

Ability to pin/star/favorite specific messages
It would be super helpful to have the ability to mark individual text messages as favorites/pinned/saved for later and then have a way to easily view your pinned messages within a given conversation. I would use this for things like when someone sends me their address, login creds, or anything else that I know I will want easily be able to find again later.

RCS
With Samsung Messages ending and people needing to find a new texting app, most are forced to use Google Messaging. I've used Textra for years and suggest it. Many people have said no (despite hating GM) because no RCS. Is there a plan to update the app to have that functionality?

Allow decorative skins
With Samsung stopping supporting their messaging app I've had to find one and yours appears to be the best. But I am very disappointed in a lack of customization options even though yours is still better than the average. I wish that you could customize bubble shapes to cute interesting ones as well as put a background image. That was one of the few things that I really enjoyed about Samsung is how much I could customize my messaging app.
