  2. Please add a widget plug-in

    a widget that can view all messages along with the pictures and names of the contacts. the conversation should load as soon as you touch the latest message displayed on the widget. a + button should also be present in a corner to type a new message

  5. Jason thank you for your quick response. i would really appreciate a quick response.

    Notifications are received as a drop down on my main screen, it also helps identify the sender of the SMS. So when there is no time to read some SMS's I slide away notification.
    When I open textra to view the SMS it is not marked as unread. All the SMS that I see says read. The (dot) on the SMS that helps identify read or unread does not appear on the SMS for which I have moved away the notification.
    Please do something.

  7. when clicking on contact. it should automatically open up the keyboard

    Once I click on a person to compose a message. I should not have to click on the check mark to start my text. To many steps.

  12. Get rid of annoying emoji menu

    Please get rid of the recently added feature where the emoji menu expands outward instead of scrolling through. It makes emojis difficult to locate, and lags on my phone, which is older and slower. This annoying addition is making me consider switching away from textra, which I otherwise love.

  15. A typing feature

    I'm a slower typer and always seem to get interrupted in the middle of a thought. I would like a feature that let's people know I'm tying and not to intrrupt . Even if the feature is only for people who own this app I would be very grateful and tell my friends to download it. Thanks I love it otherwise!

  16. View photos from a conversation easier

    A way to go through the photos and videos from a conversation without having to scroll through text. iOS has a similar feature that is very helpful.
