  1. Can we somehow get backup of blacklisted numbers? This is needed when we teinstall android and restore sms messages.

    After phone backup and restore, and install clean apps /Textra too/ I get sms messages back but I have to reblacklist tens if numbers. Problem is that most of them I dont have in contacts /eg Internet commercials/

  2. The bubbles and texts....

    I think the bubbles and texts are nice and all, but when you theme, it would be better to actually make your own. I mean.. I like blue, but I don't want it to pair it up with an option of four colors. Even if its a light shade? Why can't the other one be the same color? And why isn't there a black color? The darkest shade is grey.

  4. Close conversation

    Would like to close my conversation when im done responding. I dont need the app to close it for me after a text, sometime I need to send more than one text and I have to go back and open the app after sending it.

    Just like Google Messenger when selecting a custom color, it makes the thread, bubble and pop up that color.

  6. Bubble when recipient(s) are typing message. Feature for mutual textra users

    I had the idea of an "iphone-like" chat bubble that shows up when your recipient is actively composing a message. This feature would most successfully be implemented between fellow textra app users.

  7. Indicate group message or warn when replying to more than one contact.

    Something to indicate, at a glance, a Group message rather than a text from a single contact, or at least be able to turn on a warning to pop up when replying to more than one contact at a time.

    Perhaps have a different color than the standard theme for group messages/conversations. Or possibly display the label "GROUP" before the contact name.

    Currently, if the recipient's name is long, it displays with a "..." after it, whether it's the only contact or just the first contact in group message. Both display exactly the same except for a number instead of…

  8. Double-tap on a contact to start a new text thread instead of that darn check mark!

    I rarely send group texts and it's annoying to go down your contact list, tap on the person, and then have to go up to the top to tap that check mark every time. It would be easier if we could double-tap on the person to open a new text thread.

  12. Forward an appointment from stock LG calendar ap. I had to switch to the stock msg ap to do this. Then switch back to textra.

    Allow for this to happen without having to switch text ap preferences.

  15. Make the pop-up text box turn horizontal/open as horizontal when phone is sideways.

    as title says... pop up text box forces phone intk vertical/doesnt have a horizontal mode.

  17. Ability to name group texts

    Be able to name different groups of people as 'text groups' instead of just listing the names of everyone on the string. When large numbers of people are on a group thread, and you have similar text threads with the same people but one or two people different, it would be nice to be able to manually name the group so you have an idea of who is in it! And/or set a picture for that group of people.

  18. Privacy Option!

    I'd like to be able to send and receive "private messages". No notification. You have to manually check for them. Once sent, no record kept. Special code to unlock/access.

  19. Flashlight is Activating on Incoming Messages! Why? Please Fix

    For the past couple of weeks, my flashlight on my LG G3 (Android 5.0) turns on each and every time a message comes through! I have tried everything: Clearing Cache, force Stop, virus scan. Nothing works. I love this Textra app and have used it a longtime. But this must stop!

  20. Txt MB Limit

    The mms msg no limit isn't wrking well.. The same msg that textra says is too large, my built in txt app doesn't seem to have a problem sending.. I like this app except for that one short coming..
