  4. Merge SMS with Hangouts and Facebook Messenger chats!

    I have 3 separate messaging apps installed in my phone: Textra, Hangouts, and Messenger. Wouldn't it be awesome if I could have just Textra installed? kind of like how Hangouts can merge Hangouts chats with SMS/MMS.

  8. I suggest you have an option to quick reply on the lock screen!

    I disabled my lock screen notification for tetra but tetra requires the phone to be unlocked first, be useful while hands are full or someone else is answering the text instead if I didn't have to unlock my phone to quick text

  11. Keep notification in notification bar

    keep notification in notification bar when phone is locked. if the app is open and the phone locks you don't get notified when you turn the phone on because the app is open. I have to unlock the phone to see if I received a message. It would be nice if the notification stayed in the notification bar until you click on the box to type.

  15. The ability to add your own sound to "sent sound".

    How about various emoticons as "add-ons", to work directly with keyboard?

  17. Permanent pop-up on lockscreen

    The option to read/reply without unlocking phone. May need to be coupled with an app like "widget locker". Upon receiving a message and initial screen wake up, Textra allows for this, but once the screen turns off, you have to unlock. I'd like it if the message persisted until I unlocked or until I choose to close it.

  18. Show whether thread has a draft saved or not

    At the message selection screen, if a message has a draft stored there should be a Draft "indicator" stating that there is a pending message in the message thread.
